Tiffany Chaney is a soothesayer: a N.C. based poet, artist, and freelance writer, a witchy woman that still swings on the swing set and wishes on stars. You can call her a Mad Girl with many love songs. She believes in personal story weaving: Symbols, reading pattern and metaphor, whimsy, story-telling, and good old empathy are her calling in life. Her artwork has shown in exhibitions and small shops across the Piedmont Triad of North Carolina. Her poetry collection Between Blue and Grey won the 2013 Mother Vine Award for Best in Poetry and her works have appeared in VQR, Pedestal Magazine, and Thrush Poetry Journal, among others. She holds a B.A. from Salem College in creative writing and studio art.
